We offer a 30-day return period, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the item back.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us for clarification. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest method is to return your original item and place a new order for the desired product. Once your return is approved, you can proceed with the new purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
